Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At The Gliese - FZCO, we strive to deliver exceptional service and decor for your events. Due to the customized nature of our event management and décor services, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure transparency and fairness.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 30 Days Before the Event:
    • You may cancel your booking with a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • 15-30 Days Before the Event:
    • You may cancel your booking with a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Less than 15 Days Before the Event:
    • Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.

3. Changes to Event Details

  • More than 30 Days Before the Event:
    • You may request changes to the event details, including date, time, or scope of services, with no additional fee. Changes will be subject to availability.
  • 15-30 Days Before the Event:
    • Changes requested during this period may incur a fee up to 20% of the total booking amount, depending on the nature of the changes.
  • Less than 15 Days Before the Event:
    • Changes made within 15 days of the event may not be possible or may incur a fee up to 50% of the total booking amount.

4. Cancellation by The Gliese - FZCO

  • Event Management or Décor Issues:
    • If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, force majeure, or other factors beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the event at no additional cost.
  • Service Availability:
    • In the rare case that we are unable to provide the booked services due to reasons within our control, we will offer a full refund or an equivalent service replacement or GIFT card.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14- 30 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom decorations, specialty items or fresh cut flowers, or any non-standard services specifically tailored to your event are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
